Card processing fees (Stripe charges ~1.4% + 20p per transaction) and platform operating costs are covered by an optional voluntary contribution from donors โ separate from the donation itself.
Funds are transferred directly to each charity's verified bank account via bank transfer. Every transfer is recorded in our immutable financial ledger.
Every donation is recorded on our Open Ledger โ an anonymised, public record of all transactions. Members can verify their own donations via their unique Jannah ID.
Every transaction is permanently recorded and cannot be altered or deleted. Full audit trail from donor to charity.
We reconcile our records against payment providers every day to ensure every penny is accounted for.
